wow ok so it's been forever. :O and believe it or not, i still haven't figured out how to code the "city of blinding lights" layout. hahaha. i did figure out how to do it manually though, so if you ask me, you can put it on your site.

i also added another layout, if you're interested.

i think i'll be making some new layouts tonight and tomorrow, if i have time. ^_^

2. do not remove the little tags in the layout codes that state that the layout was made by me. that's a form of jocking.
3. if you're having trouble with a layout, email me, and i'll do my best to fix it.
4. in order to get a layout, you do the following things: 
 a. go to "look and feel"
 b. change the header setting from "create a custom header" to "input your own header HTML"
 c. copy/paste the code from the preview website into there

5. feel free to make any requests. =)
